Ordering and selling are free. Team tools are priced per location, with unlimited employees. Every paid plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Vendor and customer chat is free on every plan. ## Billing - Paid plans are billed monthly by credit or debit card through Stripe. There are no annual plans; email support@forkhr.com for annual invoicing. - Money-back guarantee: cancel within 30 days of the first paid charge for a full refund. Once per company. Data is kept either way. - Referrals: when a business you referred starts a paid plan, both companies receive 1 month of that location's plan price as credit, for up to 10 locations per referral. The referrer's credit is granted once the referred location has been active for 30 days. - Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the end of the current billing period. - Cancelling keeps paid features until the end of the paid period, then the company moves to the Free plan with all its data. ## Fees on payments you collect from customers - Free plan sellers can invoice customers and accept card and US bank payments through Stripe. - When a customer pays online, Fork keeps a 0.5% platform fee on the pre-tax amount, and Stripe charges its processing fee. - Invoices settled outside Fork carry no fee. - Customers do not need a Fork account to pay: they use the emailed link or the QR code on the PDF invoice. ## FAQ ### Is there a free plan? Yes. Ordering from vendors, selling to your customers, invoicing, online payments, vendor and customer chat and delivery routes are free, with unlimited vendors, customers, catalog items and locations. No card is needed to start. ### How does per-location pricing work? Your company is on one plan. You pay that plan's price for each active location, every month, and every employee at those locations is included. Ten people or a hundred, the price is the same. ### Is there a free trial? There is no time-limited trial. Start on the Free plan for as long as you like, and when you move to a paid plan you are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee from your first charge: not for you, cancel within 30 days for a full refund and keep your data either way. ### Can I switch plans later? Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect right away; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Nothing you created is deleted when you move down. ### How does the referral program work? Share your referral code. When a business you referred starts a paid plan, you both receive 1 month of that location's plan price as credit, for up to 10 locations per referral.
